Pier 4 is a non-profit venue supporting their organization Courageous Sailing. Your event would then help to fund the youth programs and mission of the not-for-profit.
Contact early because they limit there numbers to just 10 total events a year! One of the best parts, this really is just the location rental. All other aspects including but not limited too; tent, decor, catering, entertainment, etc. are up to you to customize making your event as unique as can be. Hannah and AJ's wedding pictured below was such a beautiful summer wedding complimented by a few strands of al fresco lighting and small greenery bouquets.
