Our Story
The Chef’s Table was born from a dream to blend a love of hospitality and events with the desire to create a family life that so often feels out of reach for chefs. In 2001, Mark and Julie Ellis combined their passion for food, hospitality, and community to build a business that not only provided for their growing family, but also reflected their belief in celebrating life’s most meaningful moments.
